Project: Peninsula Point
Nestled in the heart of Newport Beach this beach house is found at the intersection of artistry and functionality. Onshore Design created a highly functional home while also achieving the beautiful look that many desire. We created a very calm environment by following the earthy tones found in natural wood and different textures while creating a more opulent feel through light fixtures and accent pieces of furniture. The goal was to create a classic Southern California beach home while adding hints of glam that the clients love.
Project: Summit Point
Located in an Orange County, CA suburb, this home is any families dream. With a play on texture and durability this home was kept light and bright while staying true to the test of time. Onshore Design worked closely with their clients to pay homage to the Mediterranean texture that they loved while brining in elements that suit current home designs. The neutral color palette and play on texture give this home a cozy comfy feel that you will never get tired of.

At Onshore Design we have gained ample experience designing beach homes such as this one. There are often times funky sized rooms that you still want to look beautiful while serving its intended purpose. Aristos worked closely with his clients to bring new life to this outdated home by completely outfitting it with new furniture, rugs, lighting, and decor while incorporating many antique treasures that his clients have collected from their travels. This home truly embodies your classic Southern California beach bungalow but with hints of Scandinavian design to reflect the clients ties to Sweden.
